The Procurement and Logistics Supervisor oversees the purchasing, sourcing, and logistics operations of the school to ensure that materials, equipment, and services are procured efficiently and in accordance with institutional policies.
• Develop and manage the school’s procurement and purchasing
procedures
• Oversee sourcing and purchasing of equipment, learning materials, and
operational supplies
• Coordinate procurement processes including supplier selection, quotations,
and contract negotiation
• Manage and maintain the school’s inventory system, including stock control,
asset records, and periodic inventory checks
• Coordinate inventory distribution and logistics related to school supplies,
equipment, and materials across departments
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices
• Ensure compliance with school procurement policies and financial procedures
• Maintain procurement documentation including contracts, purchase records, and
inventory reports
• Prepare procurement and inventory reports and recommendations for management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management,
Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics
management
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management practices
• Strong organizational and financial management abilities
• Experience working with procurement systems or ERP platforms is an advantage
