Role Summary

The Marketing & Public Relations Manager leads the school’s marketing, branding, and communication initiatives to strengthen institutional visibility and support student enrollment. The role oversees digital marketing, admissions promotion campaigns, public communication, and community engagement to position the school effectively within the education market.



 

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the school’s marketing and student recruitment strategy
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to support admissions and enrollment growth
• Oversee management of the school’s website, social media platforms, and digital communication channels
• Coordinate development of brochures, promotional materials, school profiles, and marketing publications
• Organize open houses, campus tours, school exhibitions, and recruitment events
• Manage media relations, press releases, and public communication activities
• Monitor marketing performance, enrollment trends, and campaign effectiveness
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication materials
• Collaborate with the admissions team to support lead generation and prospective parent engagement
• Build partnerships with community organizations, education networks, and external stakeholders
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors, designers, and media partners
• Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations for school leadership



Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in marketing, communications, or brand management
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, social media marketing, and online advertising
• Experience organizing marketing events, recruitment activities, or community engagement programs
• Strong writing and communication skills for public relations and promotional materials
• Experience working with marketing vendors, creative agencies, or media partners
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing performance tracking
• Strong project management and organizational skills
