The Director of Digital Innovation provides leadership for the development, implementation, and management of the school’s digital systems and technology strategy. The position ensures that the school’s technology infrastructure supports both educational delivery and administrative operations while promoting innovation and digital efficiency across the institution.
• Develop and implement the school’s digital strategy and
technology roadmap
• Oversee management of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity
• Supervise IT personnel and coordinate daily technology operations
• Manage development and improvement of internal digital platforms and
applications
• Support integration of digital tools used in teaching and learning
• Establish policies related to data protection, cybersecurity, and digital
access
• Monitor system performance and ensure continuity of technology services
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and external service providers
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
• Prepare technology development plans and budgets
• Provide strategic technology guidance to school leadership
• Ensure compliance with relevant digital governance and security standards
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years experience in IT or digital systems leadership
• Experience managing technology infrastructure and enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and digital
systems architecture
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Ability to manage technology budgets and external vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
